Apply IMAGE Crabgrass Killer to weeds once they appear from the ground. Best results are obtained on young, actively growing weeds.

How to Apply IMAGE Crabgrass Killer

Applying IMAGE Crabgrass Killer is easy and requires little cleanup. This product is completely water-soluble. IMAGE Crabgrass can be applied using a hand-trigger sprayer or pump-up sprayer. DO NOT apply with hose-end applicators. DO NOT apply this product more than six applications per year. Although this product is only moderately corrosive, DO NOT use in galvanized or aluminum equipment.

For Lawn and Ornamental Turf:

This product is useful for control of Bahiagrass, Chickweed, Crabgrass, Dallisgrass, Nutsedge, Sandbur and Woodsorrel with little or no injury to tolerant lawn grasses. On new lawns, do not treat until after three mowings. Tolerant lawn grasses may be temporarily discolored. Zoysia, Bluegrasses and Bermuda are quite tolerant. DO NOT USE ON ST.AUGUSTINE, CENTIPEDE, or FESCUE.

Lawn Preparation:

• For best results, treat young, actively growing weeds at air temperatures above 70°F.
  
  
• Mow lawn 1 to 1.5 inches high before treatment.
  
  
• Keep children and pets out of the treated area until sprays have dried.

• Shake well before using.
  
  
• Fill the spray equipment with 2.5 gallons of water.
  
  
• Add 2 fluid ounces (4 tablespoons) of this product with agitation.
  
  
• Fill the equipment with the remaining 2.5 gallons of water.
  
  
• Treats 1,000 square feet.
  
  
• Spray thoroughly to wet all undesirable plants.
  
  
• REPEAT applications, 10 to 14 days apart, may be needed for optimum control.
  
  
• For smaller applications, 1/2 fl. Oz. (1 tbsp) mixed with 1.25 gallons of water treats 250 sq. feet.

• After use, clean equipment thoroughly by flushing with water.
  
  
• Do not store spray solution for a prolonged period.
  
  
• If the Image container is empty, DO NOT reuse the container. Place in trash or offer for recycling if available.
